Solely flutes are at work, more precisely a bass and a tenor recorder. Both are built from olive wood. For tenor recorders it´s not so uncommon but bass recorders in olive wood actually don´t exist. But I was so enthusiastic about the sound of the tenor recorder that I inquired at the company Küng if they would agree to build a bass recorder in olive wood for me. At first they were quite sceptical for olive trees are actually not tall enough, the wood is very heavy, has to dry a long time and often shows many cracks, fissures and inclusions. But after some hither and thither I could infect them with my enthusiasm. That was a very pleasant experience. I hereby thank all parties concerned at the flute manufactory Küng for their commitment.

This time it´s about melodies. Even if you don´t want them, they will pop up. In a muscial sense they are the embodiment of form, so mainly of thoughts, the mentation in respect of space.

The loom pauses every now and again. After a break it tries to continue weaving the pattern. That doesn´t always work out for the melodic impulse has been there before or perforates the pattern.
The reverberation is part of the weaving, it suggests that the pattern is again available.
The recorders one could think of as shuttles of the loom.
